Henry_Moseley-webProf. Nigel Biggar recently joined Dr. Silke Ackermann and Dr. Elizabeth Bruton for a filmed discussion of the ethics of conducting scientific research for military purposes.  The conversation focused on the life and legacy of Henry Moseley (pictured left), a brilliant British physicist whose death at Gallipoli in August 1915 prompted many to question whether talented scientists should be deployed on the frontline of national conflicts.
