The McDonald Lectures in Theology, Ethics, and Public Life are held biennially at the University of Oxford. The McDonald Lecturer delivers a series of between four and six lectures, which will then form the basis of a monograph. During periods of residence in Oxford, he or she will make additional contributions to the life of the Centre, the Faculty, and the University, in particular by contributing to postgraduate and senior seminars.
